Chamchwi is the Korean term for Doellingeria scabra, an herb that grows in Korean mountain ranges. It is stir-fried or blanched and used as a namul dish, used as an herb , or as a topping for bibimbap . It is sometimes referred to as chwinamul , which is a general term for wild-growing herbs.
