Café licor is coffee-infused spirit, traditionally from Alcoy, in the Alicante region of Spain. While classified as a coffee liqueur, it does not contain any sugar. It is typically bottle at approximately 20% alcohol by volume.
It is served neat, iced, or used in cocktails including the Mentira.
