Bicerin

Bicerin (bee-chair-EEN) is a hot espresso, milk, and chocolate drink that is a specialty of Turin, in Italy. When properly prepared, it should have three distinct layers, with the hot drinking chocolate on the bottom, espresso in the middle, and a thick head of frothed milk on top.
