Bétutu is a dish from Bali. It is typically made from a whole chicken or duck, stuffed and seasoned with whole spices, such as turmeric, ginger, shallots, chili, and lemongrass. It is wrapped, and then either steamed or roasted. This dish is commonly served at weddings and other ceremonial events.
