Barolo Chinato (pronounced key-NOT-o) is an aromatized wine made with Barolo wine infused with cinchona bark, gentian, and other spices. It is classified as a quinquina, due to the presence of quinine from the cinchona. It is produced in Italy by Giulio Cocchi Spumanti.
