Ashdrink

Ashdrink is a beverage made from ash leaves, roasted chicory, sugar, citric acid, and yeast, which is attested to in Larousse 1961. The ingredients are mixed with water and fermented for 12 days, which apparently makes a sort of alcoholic lemonade.
