Arroz amarillo

Arroz amarillo is a dish found throughout the Spanish-speaking world, which is made with rice seasoned with either saffron or achiote. While achiote is native to the Yucatan region of Mexico, saffron-based arroz amarillo can be found in many Yucatan kitchens.
