Apple crisp

Apple crisp is a dessert made by baking apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon with a streusel topping. In United States usage, if the topping includes oats, the dish is called apple crumble, while in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, "apple crumble" is a synonym for "apple crisp".
