Aonori is a Japanese preparation of green laver seaweed, typically from genus Ulva. It is usually sold as a powder used as a seasoning for noodles, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, fried dishes, and as an ingredient in shichimi togarashi and furikake. Note that it is not the same as nori, which is typically sold in sheets and is not typically powdered.
