Yín'ěr tāng, or snow fungus soup, is a Chinese dessert soup, sometimes served after banquet meals. It is made with yín’ěr (snow fungus) and a selection of other sweet and rich ingredients, frequently including lotus seed, goji berries, and jujubes.
