The Sunset family of cocktails, which include the Malibu Sunset, Tequila Sunset, Arizona Sunset, Whiskey Sunset, Irish Sunset, and numerous others, are layered drinks made with a base spirit, orange juice, and grenadine syrup. They are named for the color of the finished drink, which resembles a warm sunset.
