Silver Fizz

The Silver Fizz is a cocktail ; it is made with gin , lemon juice , sugar , and an egg white , which are shaked vigorously with ice, strained into a tall tumbler glass, and topped with soda . It is similar to a gin fizz but adds the egg white; see Ramos Gin Fizz for one of the earliest instances of an egg white-based fizz.
