Schlossabfüllung

Schlossabfüllung is the German term for an estate-bottled wine where the cellar master has completed oenological training (a Gutsabfüllung), where the wine is bottled by a Schloss (castle) estate with historical preservation status, with grapes grown in the estate's own vineyards.
