Sappho Punch

Sappho Punch is a non-alcoholic soda fountain drink. A 1903 recipe gives the ingredient list as 1.5 ounces champagne phosphate, 1 ounce lime syrup, 0.5 ounces lemon syrup, and a quarter glass of shaved ice, mixed in a tall 14 ounce lemonade glass and filled with a coarse stream of carbonated water, then garnished with fruit.
