Sanjok (also sanjeok) is a Korean dish of meat and vegetable skewers, often held together with toothpicks to keep them in place. They can be made with any meat or vegetable; popular options include imitation crab, scallions, mushrooms, ham, and beef. They are associated with during Chuseok, the mid-autumn harvest festival.
