Raspberry sauce

A raspberry sauce is a sweet sauce, usually made simply with puréed raspberries , sugar , and water. Most raspberry sauces include the seeds and have therefore have a granular, rustic texture; contrast with raspberry coulis , which is run through a fine sieve for a smooth texture.
