Pihlohlo mwehng is a Micronesian dish of mwehng, giant taro, which is boiled and then mixed with sugar and starch. The taro is then shaped into a cylinder and dipped or rolled in a syrup of cooked coconut sap, or, in modern times, sugar, until it is coated with the sticky sauce.
