Pear Brandy

Pear Brandy is a distilled fruit spirit made with the juice of pears. The most famous variety of pear brandy is Poire William, which is made with the Williams pear, called Bartlett in the United States. Some producers include an entire pear in the bottle, which is achieved by attaching the bottle to the tree while the fruit is still growing.
