Onion flower stalk

Onion flower stalk, called peyajkoli in Bengali, is the flowering top of an onion plant. It looks very similar to a green onion or spring onion , but is harvested with the flowering head intact. If it cannot be found, green onion or garlic scapes might make a reasonable substitute.
