Napoleon's hat

Napoleon's hats (or Napoleon hats) are Danish cookies, made with a circle of shortcrust folded into a tri-corne hat, filled with a ball of kransekage dough as a filling, which is baked and then given a partial dip in dark chocolate. They are a common bakery cookie.
