Mostaccino is a spicy cookie typical of Crema, Lombardy, Italy. Mainly used in the preparation of the filling of tortelli cremaschi, it includes nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, mace, cilantro, star anise, black pepper and cocoa among the ingredients. It has a spicy flavour.
