Mergpijpje (Dutch, "little marrowbone") is a Dutch pastry, similar in shape to a Swedish punsch-roll; it is made with a cylinder of pastry filled with cream, cake, jam, or a mixture of these, especially for the large pastries called reuze mergpijp ("giant marrowbone").
