Lime cordial is a non-alcoholic drink mixer made with lime juice and sugar syrup. It is typically sweeter than lime juice, but more sour than lime syrup.
Rose's Lime Juice, which was the first mass-produced fruit juice concentrate, was the original product in this category, and continues to define the category. Some bartenders prefer to make their own, for reasons of freshness or ingredient quality.
