Khoresht Mast, also Khoresh mas, is a traditional Iranian dish from the Isfahan region, made primarily from yogurt, meat (often lamb or chicken), saffron, and sugar. It is typically served cold as a dessert or side dish. The dish has a thick, pudding-like consistency, and may also include additional ingredients such as egg yolks, rosewater, and turmeric. Despite containing meat, its sweet and aromatic flavor makes it distinct from typical savory stews.
