Dara thong is a Thai dessert made of flour, egg yolk, sugar, gold leaf, roasted watermelon seeds, and jasmine-scented water, invented by Dame Jue Nakornrachaseni around 1938. It is sometimes confused with cha mongkut , which is currch older.
