Crémant de Loire is a French sparkling wine produced in the Anjou, Saumur, and Touraine appelations of the Loire Valley. The term is also used to refer to this region, which has Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée status. It is a pale yellow color, with green highlights, with fine bubbles and aromas of hazelnut, almond, and vanilla. Rosé versions of it are also made.
