Çoban salatası or Choban salad is a salad originated from Turkish cuisine and Azerbaijani cuisine consisting of finely chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, long green peppers, onion, and flat-leaf parsley. The dressing consists of lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
