Chilean guava berry (Ugni molinae), also called strawberry myrtle, and known in parts of Chile and Argentina as murta, is a shrub native to Chile and Argentina that produces small red berries that eaten as fruit and used to make Murtado liqueur.
It is cultivated in New Zealand as "Ugniberry" and "New Zealand cranberry", and marketed in Australia is Tazziberry.
