Chicken corn soup is an American soup of chicken with sweet corn kernels, often enriched with egg noodles , hard boiled eggs and sometimes saffron . It is associated with the Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine, in which the soup will sometimes be enriched with rivels dumplings.
