Bruscitti is an Italian dish made from finely chopped beef that is slow-cooked with fennel seeds andred wine. The dish, which is popular in the Altomilanese area, particularly in the Busto Arsizio area and in the Verbano Cusio Ossola, is typically served with polenta or mashed potatoes.
