Blue Banana squash

The Blue Banana squash, or Guatemalan Blue Squash, is a winter squash in the banana squash group, a variety of Kabocha. It has very dark "blue" skin with lighter stripes, and thick, firm golden-orange flesh that tastes similar to an acorn or butternut squash.
