A Bishop Cup is a historical cocktail and an example of a cup cocktail, which is a style that has largely disappeared outside of the English fruit cup tradition. It is made with a similar flavor profile to the Bishop, containing red wine, rum, fruit juice, and sugar. For the non-cup version see Bishop.
A recipe from 1895 follows:
Bishop
