Arroz con pato, or Arroz con pato a la chiclayana, is a dish of rice with duck that is characteristic of the Lambayeque region of Peru, and especially of the capital, Chiclayo. It is prepared by marinating duck in garlic and vinegar and preparing rice with aji amarillo and cilantro.
