Adobo sa gatâ (Filipino, "adobo in coconut milk") is a Filipino dish of adobo in a coconut milk. Like other adobo dishes, it calls for marinating meat (chicken, pork, or seafood) in vinegar, spices, and seasonings until tender, but it adds coconut milk (and often chili) to create a richer and balanced dish.
